Dinner Edition
R8 my dinner fit
omelette has 5 eggs, 2 slices mozarella, 1 slice gouda some feta cheese and some chicken.
other one is what was left of the chicken and some veggies

Somebody rate my diet:
Breakfast:
Tea or coffee
Lunch:
.75lbs Boneless Pork Ribs (cheap as fuark at HEB)
Medium-sized Avocado
Jalapeno for taste gains
Dinner:
.8lbs Salmon or .8lbs Chicken
Two cups of Broccolli
One cup of asparagus
Habanero for taste gains
Protein powder and milk to make up any other calories - I'm cutting at 2,000 calories per day.
This is my diet through the week. On the weekend I ease up a bit, probably have a few drinks (but only of straight liquor since beer and cocktails are too many calories).
