Your ALT levels are only approx 2 times greater than normal. This rules out really bad shit like toxicity, acute hepatitis, etc.

Your ALT level is more indicative of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, bile duct obstruction, etc. But these would likely be accompanied by symptoms. Do you have any symptoms? Pain? Abnormal things like beige colored stool?

Did they test AST or GGT?

If your AST is also high, there may be more to suspect. Depending on the ratio of AST:ALT, you can rule out some things. Look it up.

If your GGT is high, I would suspect bike duct obstruction.

Of course, there are other variables. ALT can be elevated due to things like mononucleosis or muscle injury.
