best flavor is red velvet hands-down though that one has the most carbs desu so I don't get it much. I usually eat the birthday cake flavor to treat myself every now and then. Love these.

Lemon cake taste like fucking soap, glad other people agree. Was still edible though.
I feel red velvet is overrated.

Sea salt caramel and PB are God tier. Birthday cake is amazing too though.

They are low calorie and fairly high in protein and fiber. There is very little fat in them so don't expect ice cream. If you eat too much the artificial sweetener can be a bit much.
