I want to believe it was my form. Difficult to keep shoulders locked and back on cable flies, maybe laying down and doing them is easier to maintain form. Sucks cause doing a few sets of these improved my BP
With good form and good shoulders youll be fine. If youve got a previous injury or a weak rotator cuff youre fucked tho
Also when you do heavy flies its hard to.keep good form and easy to fuck your shit up. Theyre just not worth doing, even if they gave a good contraction

Trained for 8 years and done flys, go to Physo and he explaines it's because I've overextended and fucked the capsule.
Still do them now but properly, never overextend elbows, works fine now.
