Did any wristlets ever managed to noticeable grow your tiny forearms? How did you do it?
Are forearms mostly genetics or can you really get them big with training?
I'm 6'1'' with 7'' stick forearms, deadlifts and indirect work only makes them stronger but they don't grow...

I'm still a wristlet, but I just started doing reverse barbell curls. They pump my forearms more than anything else. Also barbell tricep extensions. Dont waste time on wrist curls, no gains from them

Can't make your wrists larger. All you can do is make your forearms larger and hope that you have broad insertions that extend close to your wrists.

Honestly, just holding weights while doing exercises is enough. I've never done anything to the wrists and they just grew. And I always had skinny wrists.
