I wouldn't do dips for awhile, besides that start light with any pressing movements and go from there. Maybe lay low on the heavy pressing and focus on other gains till your joint is good.

When it feels better I'll be starting my first test cycle. I think my problem is I didn't ease into the exercise. Just stuck a 45lb dumbbell between my legs and got to it like usual.

In the future I'll be more careful to warm up.
