Are calipers more accurate in measuring body fat than the bodypart circumference measurement method?

You should only do calipers, they are one of the most accurate ways of getting bf% other than paying
Yeah calipers are pretty accurate if you get someone experienced to do a few measurements at different times of day.
Really though who cares what the specific % is?
You're either too fat for your liking or you aren't.

Body fat isn't just a cosmetic problem.

Still, what does specific % number matter?
Its either too high or it isn't.
>>40716656
Yes, so, it'd be useful to know the % so you know whether it's too high or not...? Wtf

anyone know her insta?
>>40716695
Why do you need a number to tell you that?
The mirror is all you need for that.
If you like the way you look at 15%, is it too high just because some neckbeards on /fit/ say it is?

It's often hard to tell though, when you look in the mirror every day it's difficult to see the changes. People can be unhappy with how they look even if they're 12% or whatever.

If you're unhappy at 12%bf the least of your problems is accuracy of the mirror, unless you're entering competitions.
