is being alive a meme?

Dream. Being alive is a dream.
But really does it work?

I do it inside because it's too cold for my liking to run outside right now. I feel it's easier on my knees and feet at the expense of it being harder on my ass. I like being able to change the resistance to make it stronger/weaker if need be. The only major downside is that you'd have to go for more time to get the same workout as you would from running.

Honestly speaking how much electricity could you generate with this and would it be profitable?
>>40715267
...or you could just use a bike

IIRC there was a video on youtube that had an elite level marathon biker with thighs the size of texas, and going all out he could only generate enough energy to power a single florescent lightbulb.
There is a reason we found all these round-about off the wall weird ways of getting shit to spin to generate energy, because direct manual spinning isn't effective.

Quick summary if you don't want to watch it:
Huge biking at the equivalent of 50 KM/H, on a 40 degree slopping hill for 2 minutes produced enough energy to toast a single slice of bread.
He was completely spent after word, and generated 0,021 kWh.
