Hey /fit/ I've been lifting for a couple months now.

Always been kind of builtfat I guess but currently 2 weeks into cutting pic related.

I keep getting these red marks on my shoulder pic related every time I hit my deltoids hard.

I have a long storied family tradition of shoulder injuries and I was wondering wtf these were and if they were alright?

I used to get them at the beginning when I couldn't get the bar right and it was touching bone instead of traps, and you can get them from shirt as well even if your bar is right.

No muscle/joint/bone/tendon injury is visible on the skin, unless you tear a muscle big time and there is massive blood leak.
