Bench 60kg, squat 90kg.

Cuted for 3 weeks and lost around 2kg (4.4lbs). But everyone tell me i should bulk, even if i dont like my gut.

To be honest I'm skipping core. I always do mental gymnastics and tell myself I involve it in other exercises. Lately I've been thinking about doing some core work though. Mirin' your chest.

For my routine, when I started, I ran ICF Fullbody. Got some good gainz out of it, but eventually ditched it, because it was boring as fuck.
Tried some brosplit after that, but got no gainz when running it, so I ditched it and did PHUL for some time. That was a really solid routine with nice gainz, but eventually got an inguinal hernia while squatting, so I had to take a break.
After getting ready to lift again, I've picked up 6 day PPL which I'm running to this day and I'm pretty content with it.

Meal prep is what helps me most as I have a fatboy appetite and get tempted easily by dirty treats.
So make meals ahead of time. Chicken and rice is the easy option that I revert to when I can't be bothered making anything else.

I have a very active job though too, which adds 1500-2000kcal daily on top of my usual TDEE so cutting is pretty effortless provided I stop myself eating shit.
So I average around 2500kcal on work days and 2000kcal on days off.

I would always recommend raising TDEE rather than trying to lower calorie intake. I did that for a few years before I got this job, and my fat loss results were never this good.
So do more cardio.

guys, strength does not equal size (IN THE BEGINNER STAGES). This has been gone over a huge amount of times.

Initial strength gains are entirely neural and CNS related, strength becomes correlated with size once you go past beginner lifting levels and into intermediate/advanced levels. He is not at any sort of lifting level where a huge amount of muscle would be required, his lifting routine just got him extremely skilled at utilizing what muscle strength he already had in the most effective manner.

Strength becomes correlated with size once you get skilled enough with your muscles that your muscles now need to get bigger before they could lift any further.

Last I checked some BF calculator told me I was around ~22% BF and needed to get down to about 205 to get lean and mean.

Perhaps I'll have to check something else out and get a review of my BF %.

Oh and 2760 calories is my daily limit based off of weight and activity level. I do some insane manual labor every weekday and don't take into account exercise/work in MyFitnessPal. I need at least 2700 a day to keep my shit recovered and from being overworked/trained
