Hold the fuck up for one moment.
Do you guys weigh your food RAW or COOKED ?
I've always weighed it raw and entered the macros on myfitnesspal BUT i've just realized that 200gr of raw chicken breast is equal to 160-170gr of cooked chicken breast.
Is my whole diet a lie,fit ?
Did i fuck up and ate under the necessary protein intake since i've started lifting ?

Raw. Use USDA tables.

Raw, since nutrition data is always measured that way.
Youre eating COOKED food so you weigh the COOKED food and use those nutrition values
depends
if I am eating the food raw I weigh it raw
if I am cooking it, I weigh it raw, then add the caloric information (for RAW FOOD SPECIFICALLY) to my spreadsheet, then weigh the whole dish (minus the actual dish of course) after cooking to know how many calories are in the thing per portion.

there's a lot of moisture in raw meat that gets cooked out, losing a lot of mass

And people say counting calories is autistic
>>40711666
yeah it is pretty autistic but it's pretty much the only way to lose weight or controllably bulk
