Keep a gallon of water close by. When you're full and can't take another bite of candy or chips drink water.

Run when you feel the need to smoke.


And last but not least, you will never be fully free of your need to smoke. it will always be there, hiding waiting, just sitting there occasionally reminding you to take a puff or you'll end up holding a lighter or your hand in that certain way you usually did when you had a smoke between your fingers. An unconscious thing that is still beyond your control.

Let yourself be bored. That's the problem that you are facing. Weed is allowing you to be fine with being bored. Being bored can actually make someone productive. Let the boredom sink in for a few hours or so and focus on the thought of thinking about everything you need to get done.

Once those thoughts are formed, plan to act at least 2-5 minutes on the task, even if you don't feel like it. Just think to yourself that you're only doing it for 2 minutes. If for some reason you keep going, just keep going.
