Fly Machine Help

I just finished my last day of Month 2 which was chest day. Not seeing any muscle improvement atm but just feel way better and know I am on my way. My question is what can i do to make sure I am doing my flys right?

I have recently had my left shoulder popping once i reach parallel to my chest and it prevents me from finishing some sets without a quick rest. It doesn't hurt too bad and is mostly just discomforting but i want to make sure i'm not fucking something up long term.

Also if you guys want i can post some progress pics and see what you guys think

You need to lock your shoulders back. Shrug your shoulders up towards your ears, bring them back and then let them come down. That way the motion isolayes the chest.

yeah that's another thing, i never really feel any burn in my chest when doing my exercises like i do with other muscles. I feel it a bit on day 1 and moderately on day 2 but never right after finishing a set etc. That makes me think i am doing everything wrong

Could be an impingement, but I'm not a doctor.

Not a fan of the fly machine, myself. I always seem to have shoulder pain even when I tuck my shoulders back. If you want good chest gains, bench, OHP, and do some low cable flys. Those are usually my go-to exercises for chest.

I have always been able to "dislocate" my arm from my shoulder which makes me believe that is the cause. It is mostly like how i can move one ear up and not the other because for some reason i can control a dormant muscle. It only moves slightly but if you look at my shoulder you can definitely see the movement. Is that double jointedness or just something weird i can do

I'm the exact same way. Just make sure your form is perfect and it won't matter whether or not you feel it, it'll still grow.

Decline, Incline, and Flat bench seems like quite a bit in the same workout, doesn't seem entirely necessary. I would just stick with flat and incline if I were you.
