Is this the reason why my biceps wont grow

so some guy told me the reason my biceps wont grow is because i rarely train my back. Is this just a meme or is it really the reason. My biceps are preety pathetic heres what I do atm
4 sets bb curl
4 sets cable curl
4 sets seated db curl
my biceps kind of stalled like half a year ago and never got bigger or stronger. I have trained my back moderately but mostly like 4 sets.

that's very little volume either way. Do you concentrate on your biceps when you work them? Do you do your sets till failure? You need mind massle connection

seriously dude what the hell, how could you not train back, it's one of the largest muscle groups on your body if not the largest overall, and it's responsible for so much strength and aesthetics.

I do leg presses and stuff. my gym only has smith machines and they're always used cant do squats

Eat more. You should be able to get bicep growth from pull ups and rows alone if you eat enough. If you still arent satisfied throw 1 type of curls at the end of it and do 3x10 but you gotta eat enough.

I super set ez bar curls 10-15 to dumbell curls 10. Fucking major pump going after that super set.
