this stuff makes some of the best sex lube there is with some glycerin but after frequent use it absolutely wrecked the skin it touches taking months to heal, cant imagine what it would do if you were stupid enough to eat this in any frequency but rarely, but im sure ill be met with insults or doubt so go right ahead

I grind half a cup of this in a coffee grinder with a few coffee beans, toss it in the blender with a couple scoops of chocolate protein, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and some frozen mango, blueberries, and raspberries. Good shit. Really helps me avoid getting backed up from too much protein, and it makes my shake taste like I added a handful of cheerios.
