TF is wrong with you people? Get real grip trainers. Not those shitty ones. Also, any pulls or carries as heavy as you can go without straps. Use chalk to hold more weight

rock climbing and bouldering are simply the best forearm workout. It strengthens your forearm, hand and fingers, since you will need to grip the holds in many different ways. You are also literally hanging on by your fingers, so you'll get a really strong grip. Deadlifts and pullups are good too
