it's good, but ~75% of the protein in it is casein protein. this is fine, but you would probably gain a little more muscle with more whey immediately after working out in addition to the chocolate milk.

2 cups of chocolate milk with 2 scoop of powder would be like 60g sugar and 50g protein which is pretty nice post workout. Really though 2 cups of whole milk has 24g sugar which is closer to the 30g recommended.

absolute meme. if you're ever unsure, eat 100g of sugar in one sitting and see what happens. then in a few days eat 100g of carbs from whole grain pasta or rice and see what happens.

it's pretty fucking obvious carbs are not equal. even sugars are not equal as they cause different levels of insulin response. fructose for instance causes less of an insulin release than glucose.
