Is there any fitness gains from learning to dance? Im talking about Swing or Salsa not DYEL tier hiphop.
How many calories would It burn?

The tango does wonders for your glutes, quads and more specifically your core. Not only is it medically proven to increase core strength, testosterone, but it also increases your mental health and overall mood while increasing confidence.
I'm not even shilling right now Tango is literally the GOAT dance, it's sexy and fluid. One of my favorite memories was when I was in Argentina for vacation and I danced the night away with a local girl.
>tfw you'll never see your oneitis again ;_;

the only problem is
nobody dances tango in america except old ladies

breakdancing is for faggots who don't want to touch girls

Forgot to mention that it's also not fedora like swing or ballroom nor is it degenerate like how most club dancing is (although that can be fun to).

nobody still dances tango in america

I can't even argue this, desu it took forever to find a group of qt3.14 that weren't old and on the verge of dying.
>>40696507
thats why I kinda wanted to learn salsa instead, how many qt3.14's actually dance tango in america?
what about rumba?
>>40696538
Not a whole lot desu, it took me actually moving to South Florida to even find any. Once you go to South America though they're everywhere (obviously not possible for most people), salsa is fairly more popular and I have no idea about rumba.
