Go to meal in college. Drain the water to get rid of some of the sodium. Cook a half cup of rice in a large bowl in the microwave for a min less than the recommended time. When its done put the chicken in (and 1/4 chopped onion if you have any) and top it off with cheese. Put it in for another min. So fucking good man trust me.
