What does /fit think of pavel tsatsouline and never working to failure?
>>40691983
Never working to failure is best for long term progress. But his routines are a bit silly

The man knows his shit.
Period.
If he says it works, then it fucking works.
Also GtG has been proven to work 250% of the time.
P.S. I had a fuckton of trouble with going way too hard and doing too much and being constantly over trained. "Do as much work as possible while remaining as fresh as possible" probably saved my life.
Been trying it out and I've never felt better

Awesome guy with awesome knowledge.

I did his "russian bear" variation of Power to the People btw. It's a very fun minimalist routine
Can someone give me a synopsis?
>>40692133
I've heard he learned french in a week
Sounds like a power lifting program, what if I want to look j-j-jacked!?
>>40692133
Strength is a skill, high number of sets with low reps

Tsatsouline has some overlap with some powerlifting stuff but he's mostly about high rep and low cost stuff that p much works as advanced prehab.
