what the fuck are runner traps and why does google/yahoo/dogpile/even duckduckgo ONLY give results for "trap runner"?
>>40691087
Totally fine on soft surfaces that will conform to your feet.
On hard surfaces you're just begging for medial column breakdown.
>Want to start running
>Quads feel heavy and tired me out straight away
>mfw
Why?

It doesnt solve anything. People use heel strike without issues and people use forefoot strike without issues.
The best way to stay injury free is to alternate during the run. As this will hinder the stress from only getting to certain parts of your joints
This is what the running physio says and from other physio podcasts and studies ive seen it seem the most correct option.
Also flat feet isnt dangerous. Your body adapts.

Yeah maybe if all you do is run from lions in Ethiopia.
Flat feet / fallen arches is a huge problem for squats/diddlys.
