how can I stop, /fit/?
I do SS, SL, GSLP, ICF5x5,... and everytime I start pushing myself I start to doubt whether I'm doing the right thing or not
and then I give up, reset and start a few weeks later all over again
the sticky should just have one (1) program for novices
I just want to stop being a skinny-fat piece of shit
some muscles, some tightness in upper body etc
nothing fancy

Interesting. What are the other 2 in and whats your 3rd in?
Look just do SS. Dont listen to anyone who says anything different. Do SS and just stick to it its that simple. All you need to do is stick to it long enough to see some progress then youll know its working and want to continue.

just to be clear, I didn't finish the 1st two
first was in geology, second in computer science, now I'm doing physics
so far I haven't gotten the "oh god what am I doing with my life" moment I got with the firs ttwo
are u me

Have you been in school for 8 years straight???
Or do you drop out temporarily and then go back? This is relevant to me actually.

Kinda pathetic man, just pick one and stick to it. Any of those degrees besides CS you'll need to go to graduate school and the work in grad school is interdisciplinary so you could very well do the exact same thing in either of the other degrees.

kek
good luck getting a job afterward that pays enough to cover your debt by the time you're 70

Usually it's the other way around. You aren't gonna make enough money with physics to retire, ever.

The key to breaking indecisiveness is just pick something and not drop it regardless if its not optimal. Something > Nothing when it comes to workout out. Also I hope you intend on going for a masters after physics or make use of your CS knowledge.

Don't go to a uni that's hard if you're lazy like this schmuck, goys

OP I specifically meant YOU aren't gonna make it. Not with that indecisiveness at least. At least dual-major in physics and something productive and useful like most of the engineering disciplines.
