THANK YOU!

u mean candito's hypertrophy routine?
just do his strength/control LP instead and use the optional exercises for hypertrophy.
make atleast one of the optional upper body exercises a pressing movement tho. Probably DB incline bench or close grip.

Go around your shoulder girdle in equal volume. Make one of those optional exercises on your "lower" hip thrusters and/or glute bridges.
Looks stupid at first glance.
Having 2 heavy lifting days right next to each other means you're either lying to yourself and half-assing it, or your nervous system will give out on Tuesdays and you wont be able to get a good workout in.
On "hypertrophy" days you should also probably aim for higher reps than 8, since your designated "heavy" day uses 6 the load on both days would be nearly identical.

>cns meme
sweet lord.
>>40687069
the two heavy days work complete different muscles. How is squatting monday gonna make you half-ass bench on tuesday?
>>40687059
I'll look into that thank you
Ye that's canditos Linear programme. I did the strength/control. Had a lot of fun desu
>>40687099
It would be because of the aforementioned "CNS Meme" but whatever ... in the end you'd have to go to the gym and see for yourself if your bench and your "shoulder exercise" and "upper back exercise" are impacted by you doing a shitton of heavy compound exercises the day before ...

nervous system gives out bro, it piss it dementia
>>40687077
i don't even know why i come here anymore man

They really aren't I ran this programme for a few months then switched over to his 6week one for lower body and doing a Greg Nuckols programme for upper body doing:
Monday - Bench
Tuesday- Squat/DL
Wednesday- Bench
Thursday - Squat/DL
Friday - Bench
no "overtraining" no injuries, only switched over to a different programme because I wasn't enjoying the intesity on Candito's 6 week because he seems to have tweaked the numbers a bit wrong.
Now i'm doing
Monday - Bench/squat
Tuesday - Bench/DL
Wed - rest
Thursday - Bench/squat
Friday - DL
no overtraining no injuries, just remember to do your assistance work so you don't get joint aids
>>40687179
>nervous system gives out bro, it piss it dementia
that's why you deload after the programme ends, (usually 4-6 weeks) just for a rest from higher freq/volume
>>40687001
I don't get it
>>40687227
don't do two heavy days in a row bro it piss it dementia it ALS it muscular distrophy
>>40687069
t. fatty pro
>>40687240
my cns is amazing yours is bad pisslord
seriously though you have nothing to worry about, almost every powerlifting programme has you doing multiple heavy days a week, the overtraining meme really is overhyped it's very hard to actually overtrain.
>>40687259
i know man i'm mocking that guy who cited nervous system burnout as a real concern on candito's routine >>40687069
cns burnout it down syndrone, it cerebral palsy
>>40687293
What are you getting out of this, bro. I'm just stating out of own experience, because i had trouble doing wighted Pull-ups and OHP the day after heavy Squats and DLs ...
>>40687323
not a CNS thing, your muscles were just fatigued
keeping a rigid torso on squats and deadlifts takes it out of you
to actually get neurologically burned out you would need to do some crazy bulgarian WL team stuff or maybe run sheiko with inflated maxes until your dick stopped functioning
have a helper from my folder as a peace offering
>>40687363
>or maybe run sheiko with inflated maxes
>>40687001
you seem like a little bitch.
>>40687373
don't post talentchads outside of the designated talentchad containment thread

This is candito's UL hypertrophy split. Its a solid routine although it lacks bench volume, ran this on a bulk and made decent gains.
