For 6 months I'm doing this workout at home.
Monday:
3x12 Front Squat - 77 lbs
3x12 Stiff-Leg Deadlift - 77 lbs
Tuesday
3x12 Lying Press - 68 lbs
3x12 Bent-Over Rows - 68 lbs
Wednesday
3x12 Military Press - 55 lbs
3x12 Shrugs - 77 lbs
Thursday
3x12 Lying Triceps Extensions - 44 lbs
3x12 Biceps Curls - 44 lbs
Friday
3x12 Good Morning - 66 lbs
3x12 Crunches - 66 lbs
I'd rather prefer do a little exercise every day than just 3 days a week.
Since I can only do morning workouts at home, I wanted to know if you guys have any workouts that I can do with only barbells 5 days a week.

why 5 days and not 3, ie do SS?

>3x12 Front Squat - 77 lbs
is this some kind of joke?

SL or SS. Get a pullup bar and do chinup/pullup progressions on deadlift/OHP days and find somewhere to do dips on bench/row days
Enjoy.

>row
if it's not power clean, then it's not SS sorry.

You should wait until you are at least 12 before working out
OP here,
Is there any version of SS or SL 5 days a week?
>>40686189
>everything is 3x12
>super low frequency
>shit volume
>no intensity
Your post is the exact reason why beginners shouldn't make their own routine
>>40686189
1. Ditch your shit routine very bad programming
2. Throw away your fisher price barbell and go on craigslist and get an actual barbell with Olympic sleeves and plates too along with a bench squat stands or power rack look into a dip station as well not mandatory but optional
3. If you are a beginner then you need to do a proper routine such as SS SL
4. Once you get to 1/2/3/4 then you can move onto a split

No your CNS will get fried just do conditioning work on the days you have off

do all of this in one day, then repeat it three times a week, its gonna be 100% better than like this, also double your sets or double your weight because this is like nothing
