Are weighted dips better than bench?

I hope so. I never bench anymore, I only do weighted dips and OHP.
i still can't seem to nail the form. keep the chest up and all that, but i still feel tension in my shoulder doing them.
tips for dips?

that just means youre dyel. its like bragging you can do more pull ups than 270 pound man when you weigh 130 pounds. you have more and more deadweight for bodyweight exercises as you go.
iirc dips targets more lower chest and tris

Not him but I have the same thing. I never did the bench properly though
bw 87kg, can dip with 60kg added for 3 reps, 1rm is probally around 70kg. Yet I can barely bench 105kg for 1 rep.
For anyone interested in dips, its the squat for the upperbody. Dips will build a nice physique
