I love tea, my favourite right now would have to be any Gyokuro teas, it's a great mix between waking you up but also great taste, and supposedly they have a high L-Theanine content.

Also drink Earl Grey and Silver Tip pretty often

I like both but prefer black.
And to answer OP I fucking love tea, have about 5 cups a day, everything from yorkshire tea through to nice loose leaf chai, lapsang or earl grey.
