I only stretch legs regularly cause I have instable shoulders from what my surgeon calls, "hyper flexibility".
I just touch my toes for 1 minute
stretch quads for 1 minute each
stretch calves for 1 minute each
And butterfly stretch for 1 minute.
I don't think it's very good but I refuse to stretch for a half hour at a time.

I stretch for 10 mins every night before bed and every morning when I wake up.
Started doing it for lower back pain then just added some leg stretches because why not. Don't really know the names or anything though

Exactly as you predicted lol
Neither starting stretching nor the foam roller section of the sticky have working links, or at least they don't work for me. Does anyone have stretching routines? Only post workout? Also on off days?
I stretch my calves, hamstrings and hip flexors twice daily to fix muh donald duck pose. Other than that, I work on joint mobility with whatever dynamic stretches come to mind as part of warming up.
Been doing basic stretches for the upper body. Forearm stretches, wrist "stretches" (just rotating my fist ~30 times), generic tricep/shoulder stretch, some rotator cuff stuff. For the lower body I'm trying to do the basic hamstring stretches and whatnot, but also stuff that will allow for more hip flexibility. I basically do whatever stretch routines I can find online when I look up "hip flexibility stretches"--frog stretches, that stretch where you squat and then rotate your hip to bring one of your knees down to the floor in front of you. Been looking for good rotator cuff/shoulder flexibility stuff, though.

I stretch my hamstrings, calves, shoulders and pecs on off-days.
I also slav squat some minutes, do stomach vacuums and use a band to train my upper back to fix my horrible posture.

Anyone else stretch between sets? I do butterflys and that spread leg reach down the middle between squats and deads. Is this bad? any more stretches I should incorporate.
