You are missing key points in that comparison.
One meal is already cooked and ready for eating, the other two are not. Time, labour, skill and a place to eat it also count towards the real cost of a meal.
One meal has to pay for the people who work on it (labour is not free) and the establishment that hosts it. You can also eat it there, try to do that in the supermarket.

I'm not advocating for mcdonalds. Still, a better comparison would be mcdonalds vs some other restaurant or place that serves food. As an example, the prices for salads (whose ingredients cost almost nothing) are really high anywhere.

As a rule of thumb, eating out you will pay more than three times the cost of the ingredients used to make the dish. Keep that in mind if you actually mean to do fair comparisons.
