I am not a regular in this board so I'm sorry if there is something "wrong" about this thread.
I want to do some cardio in the morning, but I don't know if I should eat something before I start.
The problem is that, if I excercise without eating, I feel weak, but if I eat I don't feel I can excercise properly because digestion.
What do you early runners and the like do? Do you eat something light, or nothing at all? Or do you stuff yourself the night before?

yes mostly it's just in your head, you'll be okay with only a coffee as long as you're not on some crazy low calorie diet.
don't forget to drink water too, especially now that it's getting warmer.
