5 sets 20 regular push-ups
5 sets 20 diamond grip push-ups
5 sets 20 wide grip push-ups
5 sets 60 regular sit-ups
5 sets 60 twisting/oblique sit-ups
5 sets 15 pull-ups
5 sets 15 chin-ups
If you need to, you can wear a backpack with weight in it to increase the resistance.
