If you want to get better at a motor pattern do it more.
You could try doing what this guy said >>40647308 which will work in if your problem is your stabilizers.
You could also try doing push presses after you can no longer strict press the weight to get a bit more volume in.
Just look for ways to get as much volume in as possible, with as high a frequency as possible (3+x a week would be ideal if you can recover that fast).
Another thing to keep in mind is that you could be dealing with having a really weak upper back, which could be limiting your ohp.

I didn't really do it for more than two weeks. I basically did the first two weeks of Canditos 6 week program and stopped OHP'ing for that time and just did seated DB press for 3/5 days a week for aforementioned sets and reps. Increased eight kilos in that time and translated to a new 5kg 5x5 PR on OHP at the third week.
I didn't stick with it long enough to see any more but I was seriously staling on my 5RM and after basically 3 weeks I could do my old 5RM for sets. The extra volume and focus on anterior and alteral delts without having to worry about core stabilization and lumbar support is what did it I think.
