Rate my routine peeps. I basically used ICF and used some insight from the swole guys at my gym. Could use criticism. Im training for aesthetics.

Deadlift 3x8
Bench Press 4x10
Overhead Press 4x10
Bent Over Row 4x10
Dumbell Shrugs 4x15
Curls 4x10
Tricep Rope Pulldown/Skullcrushers 4x10
3 times a week
I do abs and other smaller isolations (forearms etc) on the weekends with light cardio

There is no such thing as training for aesthetics, you dumb fucking noob.
Aesthetics = Muscle + low bodyfat.
Your rep ranges are absolutely horrible and so is your entire program
You do as much for your biceps and triceps as you do for your entire upper back and legs
