My hand grip is as weak as a sorority girl's grip on reality - what's the #1 exercise to quickly improve grip strength?

Farmer's

Farmer's walks if you have proper implements
Just double overhand deadlifts are great
Use an axle/fat bar for deadlifts/cleans

Deadlift obviously. Hold your last rep for as long as your grip will tolerate before lowering the bar.
OP here. Yeah I've been holding last rep as long as possible when deadlifting for a while without a lot of improvement. If my DL 1 RM is 350 lbs, what weights should I go for in farmer's walks?

Grab a 40lb dumbbell and try walking around till you feel one or both of your grips ready to fail. Keep count so that way you can use that as a baseline. For me, if I can hold it comfortably for 30+ seconds I up the weight by 5lbs until it gets difficult again

My grip strength disappears so easily. I think some of us with longer bones got the short end of the stick when it comes to wrists.
Just hold the shrug for longer on your last few reps.

Get one of these bars and bench with it.
About the size of a coffee cup.
You'll hold on for dear life.

CoC grippers, in a month my grip improved to the point of being able to crush a raw potato.

hang from a pullup bar. Add some extra weight if you feel like it
