What do you mean? Have my diet pretty well figured out, except for the minor slip ups. Like yesterday I ate a little junk food but went right back to the hardcore healthy stuff after. Still figuring out the actual fitness stuff, feeling unsure about proper form and just navigating the gym (how are you supposed to squat so often when the squat bars are always taken by sexy cute guys?).
