Bannanas, berries, apple slices, cinnamon, brown sugar, nuts, granola, peanut butter,
>"ancient"
>"caveman"
>"paleo" (when used as a prefix to some other food)
all gimmick-y bullshit

this probably seems strange coming from a vegan, but i've studied nutrition in and out of school and i can say 100% that bone broth is not a "meme". can't speak to the product in your pic as it's probably processed to hell somehow (looks like a powder???) but actual bone broth is amazing stuff.
another non-vegetarian yet awesome source of protein is gelatin.

it's just soup stock, asshole. Don't be a choad. Literally everyone's gran has boiled bones and stuff for days to make soup, it's not special in any way, it's just home cooking

Nothing wrong with real bone broth but you should use something else to flavor your oatmeal like cinnamon.
OP just use a sweetener and like cinnamon or something it's not that hard
And regarding bone broth,
yeah homemade stock is essentially the same thing because its usually made with bones that way, but a lot of store bought cheap stuff isn't so it lacks the protein and more importantly collagen, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, which are really the big deal about bone broth anyway as they are anti inflammatory and promote joint health. It's got other supposed benefits too but I cant be assed to explain those right now. I personally like it cause I have shitty joints without lifting as it is so every bit helps.
Best= make your own, but if not bone broth is better than regular store bought stock.

*just* home cooking? oh you poor soul :(
when it comes to food, there is literally nothing as special as home cooking. it is the epitome of "special nutrition". i thought this board was big into eating meat and being healthy?
you can't just ignore the readily bioavailable protein and healthy fat found in this shit. omg :/
