first off, i hope you all had a great international women's day :)

now. i've read that it's good to always do 24-48 hours rest time everytime you lift. not meaning you can't go back to the gym the next day, but you should work other muscles instead. like going leg day if you did arms/back the day before? what does fit think of this? try to keep "bro science" to a minimum. actual science is fine though.

you can do it but keep in mind that it's the same nervous system. meaning that if you totally destroy your back on one day your CNS will still be fried and you wont be able to hit legs as hard especially if you're doing squats, or even chest/shoulders/whatever

Hey, I'll help you out since I also wear mismatched socks.

Protein synthesis is at its highest at 24-36 hours after a muscle has been worked to exhaustion. With that said, you don't need more than 48 hours rest for a muscle group.

This is why people recommend PPL, as this gives you the chance to hit each muscle group twice a week.

thanks so much lol. and yeah the socks. sometimes i just wear the first right sock i find, and the first left sock i find. disregarding whether they match or not.
