>1 scoop protein
>4 cups oatz
This and If I stopped being such a joo I could add a scoop of protein to it. It's literally the perfect balanced breakfast.

>2tbsp cocoa powder
>1/2 tsp cinnamon
>2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
It is more an oatmeal sludge rather than shake. It is tolerable.
Here's my recipe mostly for health:
3 leaves of kale
A bunch of broccoli sprouts
Shit ton of berries
3 spoons of plain whole yogurt
Fill it a quarter of the way with milk
Squeeze a bunch of honey on top
Squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
