Moin /fit/,

I went to the gym the first time since 2,5 years. Only lifted bby weights, but still feel great. Big step in the right direction.

Any minor or major accomplishments any of you have?

My lifts are slowly going up. Things like the tricep pushdown machine are getting easier. I can curl more without as much struggle as before.

I just started eating shitloads and I'm starting to see progress again. I'm babby-tier right now, but it made me happy cause I was stuck at 115 for bench forever.

Finally made it up to two plates after a month of working on it

1 Find your TDEE
2 Find a safe deficit to aim for
3 get MyFitnessPal app, start tracking macros
4 RESPECT THE DEFICIT. It's going to be fucking hard but guess what, tough shit, it it was easy everyone would be fit.

You want to eat lean meats (chicken, turkey) veggies, and avoid breads/shitty carbs. Spinach, black beans, mushrooms and eggs are your friends.
