Hey /fit/, I know waist trimmers are a meme but hear me out-
I've been reading that the fat around your midsection is hard to lose /utilize due to poor blood circulation. If belt thing increased the blood flow to the area in combination with IF/Caloric deficit would it make sense that fat would more easily drain from that area? Furthermore would cravings be reduced since the stored energy is more easily drawn reserve?
>would it make sense that fat would more easily drain from that area?
No, spot reduction is a myth. You can squeeze the fuck out of whatever you want, but it's not going to affect it one way or the other.
Yes, however I'm saying in theory that fat from this area is harder to lose than fat from other areas because blood circulation differences, it's more like spot equalization rather that spot reduction.
By thinking that you can just make fat disappear from one spot, you're assuming that a hole is being made somewhere in your body's caloric intake system to lose fat somewhere specific. again, that's now how it works. Your body is more like a general machine with input and output, similar to a heat engine. You can't just change the way fat is burned on your own with gimmicks. Unless those gimmicks are DNP, in which case forget everything i just said.
I agree, I'm simply saying that certain fat stored is harder to get rid of because your body can't make prime usage of it if there is low bloodflow to the area. Nothing to do with total net energy loss/gain.
You're referring to stubborn fat. Yes, there are regions of fat on men and women (typically waist and thighs, respectively) that is the last to go. The solution to SF is to lower your bf%. Gimmicks do nothing, and make no mistake what you are suggesting is a gimmick.
This is real life, and whatever happens in this post will actually happen in real life so I'm going to roll because it has realistic consequences and importance because it's real and it will actually happen to me
This isn't true, you can get rid of flab in teh arms by doing nothing but arms. Stupid. You can also lose ass fat by doing legs and ass. Idiot.
>spot reduction is a myth is a myth
>waist trimmers are a meme
Nah, they work. Look at all those ghettp honeys with the huge asses and the tiny waists. It's all waist trimmers after the Kardashians made them popular.
Well, that and silicone injections in the butt.
How does one lower bf% without turning into a skeleton? I guess by having muscle yea?
I went skeleton before lifting cuz I heard abs were made in the kitchen.
Turns out you have to actually HAVE ab muscle for it to show.
Still trying to get out of Aushwitz but I'm getting more pudgy. My goal is lean muscle.
