Id like to pull some big weights by the end of the year. current max is 400, and i wanna get up to 500. i came across jujimufus deadlift article https://acrobolix.com/deadlifting-the-jujimufu-way/
basically the idea is to deadlift twice a week, doing 7-12 sets of 3-6 reps with your last set being a max rep set. i figured if i start at 285 or 295, an easy weight, and each month i simply add 10 pounds, by december i would be repping out 385 twice a week for sets of 3-6, and, say a max rep set of 8.
id do other training, i.e. pressing, upper body shit and deadlift assitance the day after each dl day.
any flaws? recommendations?
I am also interested in this.

Can you make a post here in a few weeks when you've done it? I'd be mightily interested to know if it worked for you

Your progress will likely start to taper off and plateau after a while but sure, push it as far as you can.

look up Furious Pete's Road to 700 if you need some motivation/a glimpse of what it could look like.
just do sheiko or any other legit powerlifting program instead of a workout by a youtube meme retard
1 repping fucks me up though, would not like to do it twice a week, but then again i dont diddly 400
