low intensity would be 50% of your 1rm
high intensity would be 90%

HIT training is or i believe is like this example:
1) Start joggin like regular pace, comfortable to keep it like 30 min, just regular stuff. Run for 2 minutes like this way then proceed to step 2.
2) Sprint like a motherfucker, talking like usain bolt chasin some hoes in some slut filled carnival for 5 (beginer) seconds then proceed to step 3.
3) Go back to joggin like step 1 and go to step 4.
4) sprint 5 to 10 times in a session go to step 5.
5) disregard hoes get money.
