Hey /fit/
I need your help. I bet my boss I could gain weight to at least 181 lbs by March 22nd. I went from 157 to 173 over the course of about two months. Anyone have any tips on closing the gap and gaining the rest of the weight? I'm kinda of stuck right now.

Pic is what my boss's body looks like whilst he calls me fat all the time despite me being at most 16% bf.

its eating at a slight surplus to gain muscle while minimizing fat gain, as apposed to the usual /fit/ style of eating like a lardass and gaining a lot of fat on top of your muscle gains. its not possible to gain 8lbs of muscle in 2 weeks though.
