Is PPL, UL, or the brosplit the best? What arguments are for and against that are legitimate and not horseshit. Also how do you incorporate cardio?
Just lift weights and push yourself. Do whatever you want but challenege yourself every day. You'll grow, sunflower.

PPxxUUlxxPPPlxxPPLLUUUlxPUUllPP is the best routine, and if you do anything else you're wasting your time

push/pull/legs. Fasted cardio first thing in the morning 3-4 days per week. You can do extra cardio if you want, just stay in caloric surplus with the right quality foods and you will grow.
I say PPL because it trains complementary muscle groups simultaneously, and that's the only benefit that really matters. It's efficient and translates well outside the gym. Deadlifts on back day. Rest between back day and legs day.

I got torn into here because I do pretty much this, if I just do the lifts I want correctly, while adding weight, and eating well I'll make it right?
Right guys?

yeah but routines dont hurt. PPL is nice because you can repeat it twice a week.
Even full body works if you are consistent.
Follow a balanced routine even if you make it yourself.

you can only gain .1 pounds of muscle a day as a natty man, do just enough to get that .1, working out extremely hard wont get you any more muscle in a single session
Power upper
Power lower
Rest
Back/shoulders
Legs
Chest/arms
Rest
Abs on lower/leg days. Pick 4 days a week in which you'll do 25 minutes of cardio.
You're welcome
