This is a guy at my gym.
He puts a barbell on the power rack safety bars, loads them completely full with 20kg plates. Then "shrugs" it. Really he just moves his shoulders up and down while the bar doesn't move at all.
He also does pic related, loads the dip pushdown machine thing with them, has his son stand on the weights too, then proceeds to push himself up and down while the weight doesn't move.
