how do i prepare the oats for eating /fit/?

well, first you have to activate them

boil until you get the desired texture

Or soak them in water or milk overnight and eat them raw like an animal

Today I added some chopped strawberries, but that just made it sour, would not recommend.

eat raw with milk and honey, its like a cheap version of a nature valley but better for you.

It's really that easy. Little bit of brown sugar and bam you've got yummy oats.

google or go on pinterest and look up overnight oats. TONS of recipes for making not-shitty oats that you can prepare the night before so all yu have to do is nuke them and eat them (Or eat em cold if you like it that way).

Just be smart, read the ingredients, if the recipe has nutritional info available use it, make substitutions when necessary etc.

Whole rolled oats, kefir, Plain whey, crunchy peanut butter, toffee stevia drops and a weetabix on top. Cant go wrong.
