Unflavored Greek yogurt is, IMO, indistinguishable from sour cream. Use it for anything you'd use sour cream for.

I stay away from it because I think I am a bit lactose intolerant. I just get more gas and poop is a bit more watery.

If I do have some it will be some yogurt for protein and maybe some cheese on a burger or whatever.

I usually just eat it in a bowl by itself. I like the taste a lot but I can only eat so much cheese before I feel like I'm about to explode. I think I might start eating it with peaches or blueberries.

quark is drier (the eastern european is really dry) and has almost zero fat and carbs
