Dont fucking go to the gym sick. did that once and i almost wanted to pass out. Just rest, get better and once the sickness is gone start pumping the iron.
Semi-related to being sick. I recently hit 3pl8 squats for 5x5 last week but at the same time I've had this really sore Muscle on my left hip, pic related.
Should I deload until the pain goes away, stay at 3pl8 or continue my progression to 4pl8?
