obviously still a long way to go but a little background. 16 months ago I was 145kg (320lbs) of pure fat. not strongfat, just fat. I barely ever left the house so I didn't even have the regular walking around muscle. just slept, ate and sat at a computer all day every day.
at 110kg (242lbs) now (-35kg -77lbs not accounting for the gained muscle) after lifting for 13 months, eating right for 7 months. looking to keep cutting until I reach 90-95kg depending on how I look and feel at the time.
