Yeah, the bench is amazing. but holy fuck so much capacity required, AND i think the deadlifts are a bit much with barbell rows.
I don't think theres enough upper back volume either, i have caveman shoulders now from it. no clue what to do.

If you do weighted chins every workout, that would probably help a lot. If your physique is getting imbalanced, I don't think it would be problematic to cut down on the volume and toss some accessories in.
Workout takes a long time, though. If I'm strict with 90s breaks, I can get done in a bit above an hour. Sometimes it takes me up to 1hr40min if I'm not into it.
I suck at deadlifts and squats. Going to focus on weight loss before I start this.

If you're a fatty, you can definitely make strength gains while losing weight. I didn't start to stall until 40lbs into it.
yeah i dont even have a physique anymore, i guess i dont have to worry about imbalances or anything..... I gained around 14lbs in 4 months like a dumbass, got sick and i litearlly lost 14lbs in 2 weeks. fuck me in the ass.

I am gaining strength while losing weight, loss 10 LB and my lifts basically doubled.
I just feel like I can't properly do a squat or deadlift, maybe it's my bad posture, weak core, or just too much fat. Last time I tried I fucked my bad up really bad. Had to find a plan without it unfortunately.

I was only doing 25lb on each side, not even a 50lb barbell.
With dumb bells I can lift each one at 50LB, 100LB total. I just don't see what I can do with just the bar if I'm struggling with 50 lb.

might be because that's a defecit deadlift. make the weight taller somehow. Make sure ur hamstrings feel tight as fuck, and ur lowerback is straight. breathe in, push up some with ur legs while squeezing glutes and pusing foreward with hips and up with legs.
