"natural flavors" often means MSG. and in a super salty and extra delicious (i used to be a v8 addict) vegetable beverage, i'd bet my hard earned money that one of the "natural flavors" found in V8 is MSG.

most people would just give the salt content as the sole reason for it being unhealthy. i'm not even gonna go there, because i don't need to.

i use the organic pink himalayan salt in a lot of my foods. soups especially. just made some fab curried cream of broccoli soup with a fair amount of salt in it. endo likes doing full panels on me and so far nothing negative shows up, though i'm late 20s already. cholesterol levels all fine too.
